As per the latest TRAI guidelines, all Principal Entities (PEs) must bind their Telemarketers (TMs) on the DLT portal to ensure uninterrupted SMS services. From 1st November 2024, any SMS traffic without proper PE-TM chain binding will be rejected.
Since you are a direct client of Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd, it is mandatory to add only our company as your telemarketer on the DLT portal. We directly submit your SMSs to telecom operators like Airtel, Jio, Vi, Tata, and Videocon, ensuring fast delivery and data security.
Steps to Update PE-TM Binding on DLT Portal:
1. Log in to your DLT portal.
2. Go to the PE-TM Chain section.
3. Select New Chain / New Request.
4. Add the following Telemarketers: Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd (TM ID: 1702157571346669272)
5. Once submitted, wait for our approval.
6. After approval, you will receive a final approval request on the DLT portal. Approve it to complete the PE-TM chain binding.

If you use additional SMS providers apart from Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd, and notice another Telemarketer (TM) listed in the PE-TM Chain after your SMS provider on the DLT portal, it indicates that the other provider is not submitting your SMSs directly to the telecom operators.
This involvement of intermediaries or resellers can result in:
• Delays in delivery
• Manipulated delivery reports
• Increased risk of customer data breaches
To ensure faster delivery, accurate reporting, and enhanced data security, we recommend using only Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd for direct SMS submission to telecom operators.
