Having worked diligently with our customers over the past years, we have been able to develop and build a platform that harnesses the power of Short Code SMS communication, enabling businesses to increase and improve their engagement with customers.
An SMS short code is a 5-6 digit phone number used by businesses to opt-in consumers to their SMS programs. It is then utilized to send text message coupons, offers, promotions, etc., to those customers who had previously opted-in. A consumer interacts with an SMS short code by composing a new text message on their mobile device and addressing it to the business's 5-6 digit SMS short code. In the example below, the SMS short codes used by this business are 53030 and 53636.
